Work Duties
- Prepare comprehensive information regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment.
- Conceptualize designs and address approaches based from the researched project requirements and scope.
- Draw up costs, schedules, feasibility studies and other elements associated with construction projects.
- Provide complete drawing requirements, with reflecting budget computation, specification digests and other necessary construction documents.
- Facilitate over-all construction from sourcing out man-power to purchasing of materials and equipment.
- Review architectural documents for potential conflict with other disciplines.
- Provide complete construction schedule, estimates, bill of quantities and material specifications.
- Provides Payroll ( construction workers )
- Provides design solution services and client meetings.
- Conceptualize and provide world class interior and exterior designs to clients.
- Innovate clients design request into more optimal design soilutions.
- Generally, act as the coordinator of design problem solving.
- Prepares project presentation thru rendered perspectives, walk through.
- Preliminary sketches of plans and façade design by manual sketching.
- Provide shop drawings and details necessary for the application of building, occupancy and other auxiliary permits.
- Drafting and encoding using AutoCAD for complete working drawings such as:
o Architectural
o Electrical
o Plumbing
o Structural
- Generally act as the lead design-and-build architect.

- Provides world class artistic rendered floorplans, site development plans and facades for sales purposes.
- In charge of material specification and house color schemes.
- Interior designs and landscapes.
- Architectural Draft sites.
- Drafting architectural floor plans and elevations.

Work Duties
- Provides space planning services to clients. Interface with all levels of client staff to produce accurate and complete space plans.
- Conceptualize Interior and exterior designs and address approaches based from the researched project requirements and design scope.
- Prepares as-built drawings and shop drawings including proposal drawings and sketches.
- Managing client issues related to projects and hand them design solutions.
- Communicate directly with the principal architect and engineers.
- Ensures good quality of work done and that plans and specifications were strictly followed as the drawings.
- Prepares drawing presentation, walk through and MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Renovations and as built plans.
- Regular site visit and meetings.
Work Duties
- Assist the junior architect in coordination of planning and design.
- Help to monitor the flow of development activities to ensure a perfect flow of architectural drawings for a new project.
- Conducts architectural study and research needed for the new proposals
and current projects.
