My key contribution in governance and management is as follows:
•Being head of the Administration/ HR Department formulated Organogram, improved Service Statutes/Structure; introduced various employee welfare policies like major diseases treatment policy, Endowment Fund policy and Training strategies.
•Organized a typical HR department at the University creating shift from personnel administration to Human Resource Development.
•Assisted the University Authorities in recruitment of at least 300 employees adopting equal opportunity employer slogan for the University (Designed and planned recruitment activity and helped the Syndicate recruit over 200 faculty members and 100 non-teaching staff during 2 years of Registrarship).
•Worked closely with Director QEC to implement the Quality Enhancement Manual of HEC.
•Executed a two year social development project entitled “Access Micro-scholarship Program” funded by US Consulate Lahore. Successfully managed the human resources, procurement and events till the graduation ceremony of students recruited for two years course.
•Oversaw the Affiliation processes of the University and increased the revenue base from mere 70 million rupees to 300 million through registration of students and 700 million rupees per annum combined with Examination services in 34 districts of the province.
•Introduced Term System in the Punjab for the first time for affiliated institutions.
•Had been a head of Registration Branch involving student enrollment and admissions for more than 08 years as
