• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty mechanical components, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration as necessary.
• Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications, blueprints, and technical manuals, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Conduct quality inspections on mechanical systems to verify compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, inspection reports, and equipment manuals, to track maintenance history and facilitate future troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to coordinate maintenance schedules, share technical knowledge, and address complex issues.
