• Sell-in of the two distributors in liaison with both the Gulf Office as well as the Korea HQ based on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Overall sell-through management with the sales teams of the distributors to ensure healthy PSI by planning and executing channel policies
• Planning and execution of the consumer promotions with the product teams of the distributors
• Set-up the WM & RAC SKD line in Lahore, Pakistan in liaison with the factory operations department in Korea and the local distributor in Pakistan.

• My major areas of specialization were sales & marketing department which I was looking after Nationwide I oftenly conducted visits in pan Pakistan. I had been in sales previously therefore I have good grip over real time marketing activities.
• My sheer obligation was there to handling monthly sales policies, marketing activities comprises of product management, brand management, visual merchandising management, Brand shop /Orient Centers Management. Apart from this all the E-Commerce online policies are design under my supervision.
• In product management I have to look after product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution by managing the product & brand team, Future products by market intelligence, analyzing, planning, organizing, implementing & monitoring of marketing activities.
• Preparation of annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, evaluation & estimation of budget involved. Apart from this calculating sales potential ultimately assigning the targets, issuing of monthly sales policy, coordinating sales stock availability & its movement within branches & supply chain management.
• New product liaison with various departs, create market opportunities strategies, envelope product positioning, developing pricing strategy, formulation of policy to promote products in collaboration with advertising & promotion managers, directing the hiring, training, performance evaluation process of marketing staff. .
• Major concern is to promote brand activities including demand generation, formalizing ATL BTL, synergy effects, consultancy with marketing agency, liaison with agencies, direct interaction with vendors for various negotiations, assist integration of campaigns, conceptualize strategic initiatives, managing access to brand assets, factory & head office marketing, launching new products & formulation of their execution plans
