• Design and Implement complete infrastructure for this new organization including electric power and computer network with high speed dual internet for call center
• Planning and deployment of new and enhancement of existing infrastructure.
• Setup NOC with Routers and Switches and Servers, around 100PCs setup and installations, Internet connectivity through fibers and telephone lines setup
• Administration and Monitoring of Linux-based Gateway Servers, Cisco Routers, 3Com Manageable Switches and Windows-based Domain Controllers (AD) and Data Servers.
• Supervision of Help Desk Team in order to rectify the daily IT issues.
• Servers and PCs (Intel and AMD based) hardware integration and deployment Restore Image of Windows Clients and Servers by WDS services imaging software.

• Provide support to users to ensure smooth working of daily IT tasks, which normally involves Hardware troubleshooting, Email/Browsing problems, Virus handling, Network sharing and printing, System Software tuning etc.
• Assemble, Install new and rebuild existing Servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Keep update the Network-Operations SOPs.
• Development of standard workstation environment for the rapid deployment of OS & business applications.
• Configured and Implement wireless network using Access Points.
• Use Hyper-V for virtualization
• Responsible for backup & restoration of critical configuration files of all servers.
• Resolving escalated network issues like latency, link failure and Packet Loss.
• Effectively use diagnostic / Bandwidth monitoring & management tools.
• IT Assets procurement from different venders and inventory management.
• Deal with PTCL, PSEB and ISP’s regarding services provided by them.
• Plan, implement and maintain internet connectivity’s by 8Mbps and 3Mbps dedicated link over fibers with auto backup switching (failover)
• Install, configure and maintain Cisco 2600 series routers
• Install, configure and maintain 3Com manageable switches series
• Install, configure and maintain VoIP phones
• Bandwidth shaping using Packeteer.
• Install and maintain Linux based gateways for internet connectivity
• IPTABLES Linux based firewall.
• Squid proxy server and Bind name server
• Plan, Design and Implement Local Area Network for more than 100 nodes including VLAN and VoIP phones and structured cabling
• Install and maintain Microsoft Windows Server domain controller (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, WDS
• Domain based policies, WiFi routers setup, centralized antivirus updating and centralize Backup strategies
• Purchase PCs, devices and other required hardware
• Install and maintain complete power infrastructure with UPS and generator backup
• Implement Analog and ISDN phone lines infrastructure for call center
• Configure SIP based VoIP phones for Call Center
• Order and maintain Hardware (systems and devices) and inventory
• Feasibilities study for New Network Projects like Wireless Radio Link VSAT etc
