Produce client drawings from design information, per specifications, and in accordance with good industry practice.
Project Coordinator; Coordinate with Engineers, Surveyors & Field staff.

Preparation & calculation of Quantity sheets on Excel formats as per Sketches/Trench profiles/Trench sketches/Grade rock.
Preparation of electrical drawings like single line diagram, external underground cable layouts, internal layouts of cable tray & conduits etc. plan & section for sub stations, lighting and small power layouts, fire alarm and telecom system drawings.
As-built Drawings
Prepare the As-Built drawings and information prior to submit to Saudi Aramco for final approval.
Coordination with Surveyors and incorporating their field data in to the drawings.
Convert the data file from survey instrument to AutoCAD and Excel.
Issuing the Project drawings to the concerns.
Scanning of drawing & documents & conversion in PDF & different formats.
Drawing Controlling. Keep proper record like drawing numbers, Sketch numbers, Revisions, IFC drawings, 50% & 100% review drawings, As-built drawings & site data etc.
Working on Google Earth with coordinate system. Coordination with Engineer, Site Engineers & Eng. Manager, incorporating their Instructions in to the drawings.
Duties are highly complex and varied, requiring significant independent action and judgment.
Analyze information and draw inferences in order to prepare recommendations. Compile, check, and reconcile information. Identify and locate information for use by others.
