A Danish international container shipping company and the largest operating subsidiary of the Maersk Group. I was Responsible
for the HR Operations in Saudi Arabia Cluster, which includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, and Iraq.
• Supervising the work activities of Admins cluster-wise.
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with all KSA employment laws.
• Creating and providing HR policy guidance and interpretation for Saudi Cluster.
• Recruitment including Screening, interviewing & on-site assessment (LI/PLI) Cluster-wise.
• On-boarding for all the cluster new hires.
• GOSI updates, Iqama renewals, sponsorship transfers, Exit Re-entries.
• Maintaining and updating leave balances.
• Medical insurance additions and deletions.
• Helping the HR Manager on preparation of the HR budget.
• Manage payroll activities with external providers within assigned areas cluster-wise.
• Coordination with outsourcing vendors in all matters related to the outsourced employees.
• SAP updates.
• Preparation of contracts, letters, Experience certificates etc. and maintaining employee files cluster-wise.

• Created automated HR requests with MS SharePoint.
• Formulated and legalized a contract template to all employees old and new.
• Slashed outsourcing vendors costs by 20% negotiating fees
for the HR Operations in Saudi Arabia Cluster, which includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, and Iraq.
