Managing retail and corporate Sales.
Develop and maintain good relationship with clients.
Establishing the needs and requirements of clients.
Prepare a plan of execution to achieve profit targets.
Providing product, sales and software training to newly hired sales staff.
Effectuate pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones; understanding and coordinating client’s needs / enhancements, customize accordingly and consulting with the team to provide solutions as per the delivery schedules.
Study the competition and come up with an effective plan to make the product of the organization superior and initiation of new products to meet the emerging business opportunities.
Collectively responsible for the development, execution and performance of the product with respect to the market.
Motivation and team building to meet the Sales target and to improve performance from the previous Sales returns.
Impart training to the subordinates & customers pertaining to the products.
Preparing incentives structure for the team to build maximum in house competition in order to gain maximum Sales output benefit from the team.
Reporting to the managing director & managing all customer service activities for the company including maintaining the existing customer database, taking enquiries from potential customers and liaising with existing clients.
Assist managing director in strategic planning for UK Franchise product selection, development, operational targets and budgets.
