• Assisting in preparation of financial statements and monthly financial reports.
• Preparing cash flow reports and monitoring company cash flow activities.
• Assisting in budgeting and expense tracking activities.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end closing activities.
• Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining proper accounting documentation.
• Preparing financial data and reports for management review.
• Working with Odoo ERP system and Microsoft Excel for accounting operations.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR)
• Preparing and issuing invoices accurately to customers.
• Monitoring incoming payments and maintaining accounts receivable records.
• Following up on overdue payments and handling collections professionally.
• Preparing customer statements and aging reports.
• Resolving customer billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconciling accounts receivable balances with accounting records.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP)
• Processing and reviewing supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Preparing payments through bank transfer, cheque, and online payment systems.
• Monitoring payment schedules and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining supplier records.
• Preparing accounts payable aging reports and tracking liabilities.
PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATION
• Processing payroll accurately and ensuring timely salary payments.
• Calculating overtime, leave salary, bonuses, and employee benefits according to Kuwait labor law.
• Maintaining attendance, leave balances, and employee payroll records.
• Preparing HR documents and maintaining employee files.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration activities.
BANKING & OPERATIONS
• Handling banking transactions, foreign payments, and online payment portals.
• Managing KNET, Visa/Mastercard, EZ Pay, TABBY and Bookey payment systems.
• Maintaining petty cash records and preparing payment and receipt vouchers.
• Tracking sales, commissions, and website transactions.
