Employee Engagement - Creating access to attendance for employees through HRIS and introduction to team, sending introductory mail to employees (across locations) about new joinees, Preparation of Appointment letter, creating ID cards, Business cards, providing Data card, etc., Salary account opening process, Maintenance of Medical & Stationery kit, creation of E-mail ID, preparation of confirmation letter, Arranging and Organizing Skip level meeting with the management, Handling Exit formalities, organizing employee re.
