Supervising and coordinating activities of general working staf in raising poultry, collecting eggs, maintaining equipment's and other farm facilities and assist in the management of poultry sheds to ensure the care and health of birds;
•Supervise and instruct staf on the handling, identifying and inspecting of poultry;
•Coordinate and schedule activities on the site to attain the best possible productivity, ensuring bird husbandry and performance attains or exceeds the standards,

•Introduced daily attendance check list this has reduced claims on payment of overtime.
•Introduced shower in shower out procedure to reduce bacterial and other diseases transfer. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
•Ensure eggs collection, sorting and grading is done in a safely and eficiently in a maintained sanitary environment by meeting all food safety regulations.
•Make sure employees follow company's packing standards, keeping their area clean at all times.
•Train and direct labourers in their various jobs in a way that promotes safety, quality and productivity.
•Assisting in the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely processing of productions and orders.
•Assist in ensuring quality of every packed eggs.
•Coordinate production and assisting in production where necessary.
•Prepare production schedules and other duties as assigned.
•Compiling of daily collection and packaging records, handing over packaged eggs to warehouse in charge.
•Planning of of days for the general farm stafs and overtime in case there is amongst other duties as assigned.
Reduce daily production wastages/eggs breakages by 45 %. I was also able to recommend ways of proper cleaning and sanitation of production area which resulted in reduction of microbial load in packaging/production zone.
•Recommended and successfully introduced employee's attendance checklist which boosted work and reduced allowances claims on work not done. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
•Implementing and adhering to packaging plan and schedules as assigned by the supervisor. Eggs collection sorting and packaging, ensuring that all eggs are collected are clean, packaged in correct packaging materials, sizes/grade and colour
•Making sure that safety procedures are strictly observed and followed by all stafs within the production area by all stafs and by extension visitors.
•Minimisation of wastages and breakages during production process.
•Compiling of daily collection and packaging records, handing over packaged eggs to warehouse in charge.
•Ensuring stafs report duty on time, organising for them the necessary working equipment's and materials.
•Making sure that working environment is clean during and after work in collaboration of the cleaning staf.
•In liaison with store personnel's in ensuring that recommended temperatures is maintained ensuring first in first out rule is observed at all time.
•Planning of of days for the general farm stafs and overtime in case there is amongst other duties as assigned to me by my seniors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
•Ensuring units produced adhere to an established quality standards.
•Assisting the quality control supervisor in overseeing the entire production process, observing the units of produced products for visible defects, performing various tests on the samples noting down observations and either accepting or rejecting lots on the basis of the samples checked.
•Assisting in quality control implementation programs, preparation of training manuals and quality guidelines and other duties allocated by the supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Reception of eggs from the company's source and documentation of the same.
•Monitoring of eggs setting process.
•Monitoring eggs transfer processes during candling ensuring minimal wastage is realised during the process.
•Ensuring cleanliness is done as per the company standards and making sure that safety during production process is adhered to by all the stafs by providing specific PPE'S for each task carried.
•Keeping sectional inventory records pertaining egg setting and transfer.
