Key Responsibilities as Technical Lead:

My role involves design, develop and evolve (managing a team of 5 developers) the reference .NET architecture which is already being successfully used in all the projects the company develops for lead enterprise clients.
The architectures is a simple server-side HTML web application developed based on the .Net framework 4.0+ . Some of the design patterns/architectural paradigms implemented as components in the architecture are:
Model-View-Controller (MVC).
Repositories/Unit of Work/Specification Factories.
Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Unit Testing
Other technologies involved in the architecture include Entity Framework 4.3.1+, LiNQ, Telerik Controls (WinForms, ASP.NET, Kendo).

My responsibilities involved the analysis and development of projects related to the Hospitality sector. Including: data management (database tables with over 30000 fields), XML Invoice Web Portal providing services to generate and distribute XML invoices following the standards set by the regulators. Most of the developments where made with .NET framework (variety of versions) with ASP.NET and AJAX, with SQL Server Databases using technologies such as WCF, EF, L2SQL. Additional major responsibilities include project management using MS-project and Primavera which is not limited to Cost Analysis, Risk Analysis, creating WBS, creating complete project documentation using Project charter, schedule management.
Design and development of data access layers with .NET technologies (2.0, 3.5.4.0).
Data Access Technologies: Linq2Sql, EF, ADO.
Third party systems integration.
Third party tools and software: Telerik control toolbox.
Experience in XML based information interchange systems.
WCF/Webservices development.
SOA design and development.
ASP.NET, C#, & Team Foundation Server.
Involved in migration projects from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008.

During this period my responsibilities involved the development of a SOA framework based in .NET 4.0 (WCF, WF, L2SQL, EF, MSMQ) to implement the next generation of projects in the company. I have been in charge of the technical management and the architecture of the projects developed using that framework. Amongst them:
• Retailer Switching Web Portal, providing automation (via XMLs) of all the communications between different channels.
• Web Management Portal.
• Anchor management developments
