Assigned to:
-Administer HR Dept. transition to ERP System (Focus).
- Manage payroll cycle.
- Process Vacation
- Process End of Service settlement.
- Handle Employees Relation Cases.
- Communicate medical insurance requests with broker (addition, deletion,
claims, etc..)
- Do GOSI addition and removal.
- Prepare and maintain Dept. tracking lists.
- Manage weekly meetings with Operation team to discuss payroll and ER
issues.
- Serve as a front desk of HR Department via email, mobile messages and
calls, and service request system.
- Registering employees’ fingerprints.
- Preparing weekly weekend activities post for employees.
Assigned to:
- Track Governmental Licenses for all 86 stores and health certificates for
employees’ renewal before expiry via Baladi platform.
- Implement sponsorship transfer, issuing work permits, iqamas, and visas via Qiwa and Muqeem platforms.
- Attest requests and documents attestation via E-Chamber.
- Process received government violations for investigation and payment.
- Book Flights, hotels, and transportations for employees and guests.
- Prepar periodic reports and tracking lists.
- Arrange follow-up meetings with other departments.
- Manage petty cash for Administration Department.
Assigned to work individually or with teams to develop webpages using
Webflow platform based on HTML and CSS and develop an interactive
content and backend code using JavaScript.
Assigned to develop a mobile application using Flutter framework. Took an
initiative to develop introductory webpages for the Web Development Team
using HTML & CSS.
Assigned to manage cash and credit invoices data verification, categorization, modification.
