. Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times.

. Meet and greet all check-ins, handling VIP amenities and arrivals, messaging and guest relations.

. Inspect VIP arrival rooms and suites.

. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
