• Providing unconditional positive regard for every customer / client at the Clinic.
• Ensure the Clinic maintains the best customer handling standards and train all staff at the Centre to provide the best customer experience.
• Ensure that clients are welcomed and offered a sit on arrival.
• Efficiency of service and minimize client waiting time.
• Ensure client feedback is received, recorded, shared with management and follow through to address all issues raised.
• Receive and redirect incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Make official telephone calls on behalf of staff and ensure that accurate records are kept.
• Provide administrative support to the Clinic team especially in report writing.
• Ensure that the reception area is clean
• Documentation of all transactions as per CLIC report.
• Conduct random cash counts and note any discrepancies.
• Ensuring that all clients’ details and transactions are fully entered in the system.
• Ensuring that all income per day is captured in the system and evidence of daily banking in place.
• Ensuring that all clients are given receipts.
• Ensuring that end of shift reconciliation tally with income collection per day.
• Ensuring that there is proper outflows of petty cash and vouchers attached per item.
• Proper records management, ensure confidentiality and maintenance of vital client information.
• Ensuring all client notes are filled in alphabetical order so all notes can be found easily
• Ensuring that there is monthly stock balance i.e. physical count balances with stock cards.
• Ensuring that there are no expiry supplies
• Ensure that supplies are full entered in to the stock cards.
• Evidence of monthly stock takings and reporting’
• Ensuring that there is daily reconciliation of product usage with stock
• Organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets
• Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
• Working with customers to find what they want, create solution and ensure a smooth sales process (Client feed backs)
• Organizing monthly activation, cooperate visits, practicing in cooperate games, talk shows so as create to create awareness to meet sales and organization Goals
