Study/Asses relevant drawings/specifiction for area of responsibility and ensure that the above provide adequate information for construction and satisfactory done as follows; Medium voltage switch gears, transformers, generators, ATS, UPS, main and emergency sub‐main boards, sub‐boards, distribution boards, meter boards, cable pulling, wiring, bus ducts underground pipes, installation of cable trays, trunking and ladders, fire alarm and firefighting system, Q‐matic system, CCTV, security system, HVAC, plumbing and drainage system.
. Coordinating and attend meeting together with all Engineerʼs, team leader, project manager, consultant and client in discussing in adequate information, design and project progress priority areas to be completed for the past and early completion of the project.
. Control the amount of materials to be used during the execution of the project not to exceed reasonable bound. . Prepare and arrange progress report as well as team coordination.
. Preparation of As‐built drawing on projected hand‐over areas. . Preparation of work program and manpower schedule.
. Develop prospective client and responsible in scheduling, preparation,
pre-planning, resource forecasting for engineering, documentation of
standard projects and other technical activities related to the projects.
. Prepare projects status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information.
. Key person for the coordination/review and preparation of
construction/shop drawings with AutoCadd/ Engineer working for all the
revised drawings and incorporation of changes on building services as per
coordination, design query, eld design changes etc.
. Coordination and attend meeting together with all Engineer’s, team leader,
project manager, consultant and client in discussing in adequate

the past and early completion of the project.
. Ensuring work is executed in accordance with the contract speci cations,
approved drawings, agreed procedures and method statements.
. Arrange for the material and necessary manpower well in advance.
. Supervising the work performed by the subcontractors under his
jurisdiction. This demands regular on-site inspections during which the
MEP inspects the subcontractors' work for quality and to ensure that it
adheres to the project's speci cation
. Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying
poor quality elements and advise
. Produce a progress report monthly.
. Review weekly progress reports of Team Principals.
. Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination
with HSE department.
. Generally, to begin the work at the earliest phase of the project, when plans are still being drawn up and the nal design has not yet been completed.
. Offer technical input related to the cost and feasibility of various designs.
. Help to develop a budget that outlines the costs related to the projects elements within their purview. This includes estimates of the cost of labor, materials and special fees.
. Prepare all technical documents necessary for the project's completion, including blueprints, environmental impact statements and other forms that must be submitted to contractors, clients, community groups and government agencies.
. Responsible for hiring personnel, including sub-contractors, to work on the project's MEP elements. This requires the MEP to have a knowledge of local professionals and construction rms, as well as some familiarity with
labor laws.
. Act as a liaison between different parties working on the project. Coordinate all MEP trade workers with the project's superintendent, subcontractors and project team, as well as manage communication between the subcontractors, eld staff, project team and clients.
