Procurement & Planning
* Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control and ensuring ready
availability of materials to meet the requirement.
* Managing with Material Procurement Plans and ensuring optimum Inventory Level.
* Establishing good working relationships with vendors through personal contact; discussing and
resolving problems regarding delayed delivery dates.
* Coordination and analysis of inventory control and procurement tasks to ensure on time deliveries to
full fill production plan in each subcontractor.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Managing resources to perform activities in cost effective manner.
* Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
* Monitoring & controlling the stores activities.
* Production Planning, Procurement Activities (MRO ITEM) allocation for internal unit or external
vendors.
* Creating and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of
overall operations and enhance operational efficiency.
* Performing all supply chain activities through ORCALE ERP.
Arranging the material as per the customer sequence and sending to Customer and tracking the
shipment upto delivery point.
Review of Pending Orders, Coordination with Procurement Team for Parts supply, Backorder Follow-
up, Allocation etc.,
Coordination with Transportation Company, Customs House Agent / Shipping Liner for Import and
Export shipment.
Control & Management of Warehouse Hold Stock (Damaged / Rejected Parts).
Handling Insurance Claim for Transit Damages and work our claim Documentations
Strengths
Logistics and Material Management
Coordinate with organizations and personnel to identify and analyses their materials and
services procurement requirements and technical specifications.
Coordinate interactions between the function/department/division and the supplier to resolve
changes in specifications, pricing or other technical issues.
Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute material
to manage any supply scarcity.
Maintain and develop effective relationships with vendors both domestically and internationally.
Collect information and records with regards to the vendors’ credits status, financial performance
and any other information to monitor and evaluate their capacity to meet Integrated material and
service needs.
Monitor the performance of suppliers and their fulfillment of contract terms through the use
of Key
Performance Indicators (KPI), and take corrective measures if necessary.
Track purchase order placement time and delivery time to ensure within the KPI, and take corrective
actions such as counseling the supplier in case of low delivery performance
