I am an Integral member in the team involved in the sales of Mitsubishi (both commercial and saloon cars) besides Scheduling and organizing meetings through telephone and other modes of communication thereby providing an error free interaction with both the customers and employees.
• Act as a link to send and receive any kind of information to and from the Head Office as well as other branches in U. A. E.
• Creating and maintaining customer database by using Kerridge Software.
• Processing and forwarding any enquiries related to HR and IT Department and to ensure if it’s approved; like requesting for toners, cartridges, business card for the sales executives, visa and medical enquires, uniforms etc.
• Preparing and proceeding with memos for reimbursements to the Accounts Department, to avoid any further delay in the invoices.
• To check on the vehicle deliveries and to ensure that the vehicle is delivered on the mentioned dates to the customer or company.
• Coordinating with the other branches for the delivery of vehicles and insurance policies and overall administration for the smooth functioning of the office.
• To maintain the database on the Vehicle Custom Certificate (VCC) received from the Head Office and if the sale letter for the registration of vehicle is prepared, etc.
HR RELATED WORKS IN THE OFFICE
• Amending and auditing the eTAS (bio-matrix attendance) to provide an error free payroll for the employee.
• Processing requests for local leaves, vacations, medical leaves and for the passport and visa related enquiries and to ensure the task is completed.
• To schedule the newly joined employees for the induction training sessions and to schedule the training sessions for the sales executives and other staffs.
• Preparing and producing documents for emirates id, medical and insurance cards, etc. to the HR Department.
• Managing stocks including buffer stocks of various stationary items and other office supplies through rigorous record keeping and communication to and from the Purchasing Department.
• Arranging, collecting and producing databases to the head office for the night shift guard patrolling the office (Guard Tour System).
• Managing all communication to and between the higher management for all sort of letters like NOC, Salary Certificates, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.,
• To assist the manager in creating, producing and processing the performance appraisals (half yearly/yearly basis), job evaluation for new employees, interview reports, inventory reports etc.
*Follow the teaching methods and to apply the rules and regulations as administered by ADEC (Abu Dhabi Educational Council), To find and bring out the talent of the students
*To motivate slow learners and to put them on track and to ensure that the students are highly disciplined and well mannered.
*To encourage students to participate various extracurricular activities, to train the students for various competitions, cultural and literary programs.
*To find out the weak areas of a student and to cooperate with the parents, to co-ordinate with supervisor and other colleagues.
