•Insturmental in conceptualizing & execution of Assisted Living for seniors by the name of ‘Care Homes’ in Ashiana.
•Conceptualized and delivered the India’s First Children Centric Project. The project included amenities and design for kids of age group 4-14 years.
•Total Interior spaces Designed - 0.2 Million in Sq.Ft, 35 clubs/hotels in numbers and Rs. 60Crs in value. Majority of it comprises of hotels and recreational clubs.

•Accountable for overall Show Homes starting from design detailing, material selection to sourcing, execution, project management, team building to approvals.
•Support in operations of the projects after handover to the customers
