• Conducting Quality audit in Government funded non-transportation projects of value less than 10 Cr during stages of 40%, 80% and 100% physical progress and preparation of detailed Quality audit report based on the observations noted during the Quality Auditing.
• Conducting inspections on projects (Hospitals, colleges, schools, stadiums etc.) funded by KIIFB.
• Review of procedural and quality related documents and examination of field execution activities.
• Scrutiny of bills and measurement, field quality checks, verifying and ensuring planning and procedural mandates that needs to be adhered for the project.
• Checking and verification of DPR, TS documents, tender documents, GFC drawings, to analyze whether any deviations has occurred in the planning, designing, and scope of the project at any stages of project life cycle.
