• Preparing the preliminary structural concept drawing from the client's architectural drawing.
• Studying the BIM model and architectural drawing to find structural difficulties and make a proper solution.
• Creating the analytical model in the design software (ETABS and assigning all the loads and design parameters.
• Doing static and dynamic analysis for the high-rise buildings.
• Designing the structural elements using software (ETABS, Prokon, Concise Beam, Safe).
• Coordinate with the drafting team for making the BIM model and resolve the architectural and structural issues.
• Coordinate with the production team and site team to solve the issues during production and erection.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and consultant to get approval for the design and drawings.
• Studying the tender drawings for the possibilities of converting the Cast In situ structures into the precast structure.
• Preparing the structural concept for the tender projects from the various client.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to make the best quotation value for the tender projects and resolve the structural difficulties in converting the building to be a precast structure.
• Preparing the weekly report to know the status of the project.
• Checking the shop drawing and rectifying the mistakes in the drawing.
Modelling the building according to the architectural plan using ETABS.
* Calculating the various load and stress acting on the building.
* Analyzing the building for the calculated load.
* Designing the structural elements to sustain the various loads according to Indian standard
code.
* Coordinate with site engineer to clarify their doubts and make any alternation accordingly
in unavoidable situation.
* Preparing the detailing for the designed structural elements using AutoCAD.
* Maintain a good relationship with team members, senior structural engineers.
* Documentation for the project approval.
