Materials and Construction Chemicals in Sudan. The company is considered one of the pioneers in
the construction industry.
My task included:
• Responds to technical questions forwarded from customer service or inside sales, outside sales,
product applicators/installer/users, engineers, owners, etc. regarding the company's products.
• Provides technical presentations on products/services to engineers, architects, contractors,
applicators, distributors, independent sales representatives, etc. as needed.
• Providing technical support for the company products range, and preparing technical solutions &
technical offers and quotations for the clients.
• Providing Technical Support for company's Clients (Contractors & consultants).
• Communicates with engineers, distributors, and contractors (product users) to verify construction
details and product applicability.
• Influences contractors or distributors to select the company's products when not included in project
specifications.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing
customer potential in designated regions.
• Solving customer problems with products and explain the correct application of products.
• Assists other sales engineers as needed; customer service or inside sales regarding most frequently
asked technical questions.
• Preparing and apply site samples for the products.
• Reporting the factory about what and how we can improve the efficiency and the quality of the
products.
• Developing and growing relationships with customers.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

• Assists with maintaining established construction schedules to allow store to open on time.
• Developing and managing budgets for small to medium scale projects consistent with timeline
requirements for new store developments and renovation projects.
• Supports as a key link between Project Construction Manager and Internal / External Partners.
