This was a first job experience, which is why it was short. I played a role in helping seniors with short memory issues with their needs such as clothing, feeding, walking, providing them with fun activities, bathroom help, laundry, preparing food, and taking vitals. This job involved lots of walking, but I had to stop due to religious reasons because I cannot do bath for both men and women and see their private parts.
It was a one day volunteer project, and I picked kindergarten because they were the hardest to manage. A full day teaching them things like saving money, and respect. They loved me and the communication between us was easier than I thought. Of-course, they were so adorable!
I repeated 3 classes, so my GPA might be 3.4. I am a Kuwaiti who studied in the U.S with a scholarship from the MOHE. I started as a pre-dental student to be a dentist, but I changed my mind half way there. I have well preparatory courses in sciences such as biology and chemistry, and labs. Also, in research skills, writing, good english. I never formally taught anyone, but I did with my peers and group work. I also learned how to manage and be a leader in group projects. Additionally, I have skill in photography and I took a photography class on campus to learn about the basics of photography. My skills were enhanced through practice, posting through instagram, and getting feedback from professional photographers.
