➢ Control quality process on the production line.
➢ Analyze and improve defects on the working area and analyze production process to improve latent and risks defects.
➢ Supervise coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly vehicles (RefrigerationTrucks, Amarac vehicles, Airport Luggage Tractor, Flight Pushback Tractor) at assigned work stations on moving assembly line, performing any combination of following repetitive tasks according to specifications and using handtools, powertools, welding equipment, and production fixtures.
➢ Direct workers in welding, assembly, inspection and repair techniques, utilizing the Knowledge of assembly procedure specifications.
➢ Confer with other supervisory personnel to coordinate activities of individual departments with in plant and Training of new employees to qualified workers.
➢ Coordination with engineering department to deploy new projects.
➢ Write work instruction and train for operators and workers.
➢ Composed instruction manuals and gave presentation or simplified instructions as required.

➢ Coordinate with various departments to establish the project scope and standards of projects

➢ Preparing quotations and estimation for new enquiries
➢ Making site visits and solving the site issues.
➢ Participating in site meetings to encourages quality consciousness of the product.
➢ To review the safety practices to the workers and conduct the safety trainings.
» Inspect incoming raw material to insure that all quality requirements are as specified in the purchase order or sub- contract.
» Ensure conformance to shippers or packing sheets of all parts returned from customer or special processing by subcontractor.
» Supervise transfer of discrepant material to quality control set aside for this purpose.
» 100% Visual And Or Dimensional Inspection As Required To Meet Customer Engineering and Specification Requirements.
» To inspect for completeness and or damage as well as proper identification and proper work of all tooling, fixtures, gages, material supplied by the customer.
