Order Fullfillment and logistics officer

1)Assist supply Chain Manager in daily / routine tasks relating to Logistics and Supply Chain.
2)Handle Orders to Cash Cycle for planned orders and insure that shipments happen up to customers satisfaction level.
3)Establish processes for order tracking, maintain, updated customer contract information and 4)monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal.
5)Review stock level and insuring adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction with high quality and less cost.
6)Liaise with customers for counter - signature of PO and arrange collection.
7)Highly Follow up communications with our suppliers, customer for all shipment details, arrange transportation with agreed incoterms and all details.
8)Review all shipping documents and seek amendments to ensure that all requested documents and rules complied with, there after ensure that all documents are submitted with clearance company or via bank (if our payment is CAD) or to our customers (if under waiving process).
9)Highly follow up with supplier regarding any claim until issue is resolved and payment is done.

1)Planning: Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods to improve operational stability by deploying 6S system, SOPs (standard operational procedures) for processes and skill matrix for production lines.
2)Lean Processes: Determine root causes for system failures using a systematic method (8 steps problem solving), using A3 thinking as a communication tool to represent ideas and countermeasures for the arising problems to improves efficiency by minimizing 7 types of wastes.
3)Quality control: Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming all processes and finished products.
4)Conduct and audit time studies to ensure that team members are working within the SAM (standard allocated minutes).
5)Logging and Data processing: Maintain product and processes data base writing programs and making production orders by using SAP SOFTWARE.
6)Help to prepare lines layouts and all related charts and drawings using line balancing strategy to
increase overall factory efficiency.
