As a store Supervisor-
Full responsible for the handling the store with 10 Barista.
Guide new joiners lead them as per the company standard.
Understanding the business requirement and apply the deployment to drive the sales.
Implement the teaching skill and coaching skills to drive the sales and meet the company requirement for business and customers need.

Preparing the action plan with different idea to boost the sales.

Work As a Trainer-
Deliver personal attention to customer to ensure high level of satisfaction to generate repeat clientele and to encourage word of mouth referral.
Provide the proper food safety training and avoid any unnecessary violations.
