- The Shelter oficer is responsible for the management of the database of beneficiaries, payments, progress and reports.
-Working closely with the Shelter team Leaders to develop analytical and reporting tools and support the team to better coordinate and make eficient use of resources.

-Working together with the M&E team to develop the tools to ease the documentation and implementation of the project.
- Maintain that the data collected is well coordinated, cleared from errors and transferred with the main database and comparable and easy to analyze and ensure an integrity between the current and the new inputs to the database.
-Provide support and general updates to program teams including but not limited to Preparing general reports on project progress and regular reports on teams' performance for staf management s for project management purposes.
-Lead and support the design of data collection tools including but not limited to revise field tools and ensure that they are working as anticipated and provide feedback to the teams when needed.
-Lead and manage the data protection, by limiting the type of access for each of the staf who uses the database, and updating the database through a centralized tool uses Ofice 365, MS Access and MS Excel to minimize the human errors.
- Collect and report information regarding the situation of displaced refugee families living in host communities and maintain community and beneficiaries program files and
- Registering refugees through the UNHCR RAIS registration system.
-Supporting the Team Leader in delivering NFIs for new arrivals.
-Preparing data reports and analyzing information based on registration data.
