Provide statistical analysis on employees turnover & recommendation on how to retain employees.
Ensure the visibility of the HRD among employees through regular visit in stores & workshops.
Provide & facilitate induction program, company policies & activities.
Assist on team building campaign in HR & other department.
Coaches managers how to motivate & improve employees moral & capabilities.
Employee Disciplinary & Policy Adherence:
Administers & implements the company's code of practice in accordance with the labor law.
Conducts investigation on issues that are related to breach of company policies, theft & others, present in Police Station, Public Prosecution, Courts & CID whenever required.
Travel when required to conduct investigation in other country.
Mediates & conducts conflict resolution session with employees.
