● Purchasing of grocery items on a daily/weekly basis as required
● Serves as an errand as the need arises

● Prepares all the stock for new designs
● Follow ups all customers need for the stocks designs
● Prepares Invoices statement of accounts for the customers
● Attends all calls and needs of the customers in providing services
● Provides the necessary information/details for the customers or client
● Records all necessary information for customer satisfaction
● Responsible for all sautéed items and their sauce
● This is usually the highest stratified position of all the stations
● Prepares fish dishes and often does all fish butchering as well as appropriate sauces
● This station may be combined with the saucier position
● Prepares roasted and braised meats and their appropriate sauce
● Prepares all grilled foods; this position may be combined with the rotisseur
● Responsible for all sautéed items and their sauce. This is usually the
highest stratified position of all the stations
● Prepares fish dishes and often does all fish butchering as well as
appropriate sauces

● Provides client assistance
● Responsible for keeping routine instructions
● Schedules and instructing customers in their daily exercise
● Assists customers for the information evaluation
● Assess the customers in terms in loosing and gaining weight
● Evaluates customers what to be done in every exercises
● Prepares deliveries for the customers.
● Checks all the stocks and Inventories.
● Processing all the documents for the staff.
● Supervising and coordinating staff activities
● Hiring and training sales staff
● Authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
● Selling merchandise to customers
● Maintaining sufficient inventory and ordering merchandise
● Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
