Involved in the Design and Supervision of Postgraduate Hall of Residence.
•Involved in the design and Supervision the Construction of Residential
apartments (Two and Three block of Six flats, Five bedroom duplex, Service Quarters and Chalets
•Involved in the design and Supervision the Construction of the Multi-purpose Hall for Covenant University Secondary School.
•Involved in the design and Supervision of the Construction of the Dominion Publishing Press.
Other Responsibilities include:
• Supervises the development of the project from being a concept till it reach its final plans, sketches and modeling;
• Discusses the purpose of the building, the type of building wanted, and the budget;
• Inspects the land of the project and provide reports and suggestions to the design manager on that purpose;
• Integrates engineering element into unified design;
• Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans;
• Provides suggestions and creative solutions regarding the concept of the projects;
• Performs researches regarding the projects in relation to concepts, techniques and other matters;
• Communicates with the surveyors regarding establishing the budget of the project;
• Performs the drawings of the design in regards to the interior and exterior shapes, measurements and other matters;
• Supervises the drafts team and ensure the timely and the quality development of the work;
• Communicates with other parties and sections in the department in relation to the design;
• Provides the necessary plans and structures to the MEP section and coordinates with the section on issues related to the design;
• Provides the section with all the measurements and the spaces and the categorizing of the project as required;
• Coordinates with the interior designer regarding issues related to the design;

Supervised the Construction of the Ablution block and Recreational centre for International Breweries, Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria.
•Supervised the Renovation works of the Old Personnel Office for International Breweries, Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria.
Other responsibility include:
Assist in developing architectural drawings using ArchiCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion, 3d Max, Autocad and Microsoft package.
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Maintain a high level of accuracy while balancing multiple priorities at any given time.
Assist with Presentation and Concept drawings.
Review project contract documents and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
Monitor all Architectural installations to assure adherence to construction documents and applicable codes requirements.
Conduct Material Inspection as per approved material submittal
Verify equipment settings, alignment and testing requirements.
Ensure Contractors' compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
Supervised the Construction of the Banquet Hall and Private Residential Building for His Excellency, The President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in His Home Town Otuake, Bayelsa State.

• Designs new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings, or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties and solely responsible for the design of the surrounding landscape and spaces.
• Controls a project from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers, producing drawings and specifications that the construction team works to.
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications;Specifying materials, Negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
I finished with 4.11 CGPA out of 5 point. I emerged as one of the best 5% in the class.
I had a CGPA of 3.88 out of 5. I emerged as one of the first 10% best graduating Student.
