• MEP design review of high-rise buildings.
• Skimming of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings to finalize SOW and RFIs.
• Floating RFQs to approved vendors for pricing of electrical equipment.
• Preparation of assemblies and Quantity take offs as per the specified standards.
• Preparation of Engineer Estimate using CONEST, Intel-ibid, Plan Swift and Blue Beam.
• Turned over about 200 projects including residential, commercial and health care facilities.
• Preparation of shop drawings and build sheets from construction drawings.
• Review of Electrical submittals of items being installed at site and conforming the specifications as per the design / standards.
• Submission of Electrical estimates and shop drawings to foreign team.
• Technical meetings / synchs with project designers, clients and contractors to resolve RFIs.
• MEP Design (Electrical, Power distribution & HVAC) and Design Review of the projects from inception to completion.
• Testing and Commissioning of Electrical works in coordination with QA/QC team for different projects.
• Preparation of Technical specifications, Bill of Quantities and Engineers Estimates for different projects.
• Visits project sites to ensure conformity of design /specifications/ criteria, monitor work progress and preparation of site visit reports.
• Technical meetings with the Consultant and Contractors for ensuring the smooth flow of work.
• Supervision of Electrical works at Sites.
• Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Tests of MEP equipment before delivery.
• Checking the invoices/bills/IPCs and verifying the respective works at site.
• External Electrification Design of different facilities as per the 11-kV source (Express / Dual) availability.
• Factory visits of different MEP equipment manufacturing facilities to check production quality in line with international standards.
▪ Design & review of electrical system, preparation of electrical engineering documents including calculation, layout, earthing, cabling, data sheet, BOM, tender documents, panel design as per
relevant standards IEC, IEEE, NEC etc. for all types of equipment & for the same field of electricity
with relevant electrical calculation and analysis via electrical modeling software’s i;e, ETAP, DIALUX,
AUTOCAD.
Coordination with Environmental, Geo technical, Structural, Civil, Infrastructure, Architectural, Finishing & Procurement & Contracts departments.
Design of Grid Tied and Off Grid Type Solar systems for Commercial and Residential Buildings
using PV system tools.
• Supervision of Technical / installation team at site.
• Design review, optimization & value engineering of the ongoing Solar projects.
• Preparation of Technical Documents to assist client for Net Metering.
• Preparation of Electrical drawings & Protection systems for Power distribution in line with
WAPDA standards.
• Implementation of SCADA based PV systems to get the real time data of electricity usage &
generation.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of the installed PV systems.
• Filling of Govt. Tenders and Ensuring submission of all the documents.
• Technical Meetings with Clients and Follow up.
• Management and Coordination of Projects.
• Preparation of Installation wiring drawings for ELV systems in line with Internationally recommended standards.
• Deals is Electronics Equipment like Access control systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Network and Digital Video Recorders, Analogue and IP Cameras, Power Supplies etc...
• Installation of IP based CCTV system, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection System in PNRA Hospitals like INMOL, BINO etc...
• Troubleshooting of NETWORK VIDEO RECORDERS, IP Based Bullet & DOM cams, Access Control Systems by SURVEON and HONEYWELL.
• Installation of Heavy Laboratory Equipment’s in laboratories.
• Auto CAD 2D Designing of Different Components which are to be installed in projects
• Managing and Coordination of Sales related activities of Ongoing projects.
• Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC units.
• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams for provision of temporary / permanent Power Supply for testing and commissioning of the installed units.
• Commercial and Residential HVAC load calculations using Hourly Analysis Program.
• Technical Meetings with Clients and follow up.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical submittals.
• Govt. Tenders filling and submission to the relevant department.
