 Enhance the recruitment cycle.
 Supervise recruitment activities.
 Lead Recruitment campaign.
 Set and update HR & Recruitment policy.
 Contribute and participate in HR strategy.
 Prepares the KPI’S reports.
- Seek out appropriate recruitment agencies, initiates negotiation of relevant placement contracts
and evaluates their quality of services.
- Responsible for all planning, searching, interviews and all internal &external hiring process.
- Updating periodically quarterly statistics for Key Performance Indicators.
- Prepare annually executive report.
- In consultation with the TA Manager, draft recruitment requirements periodically.
- Mange overseas recruitment process from A-Z.
- Analyzed the manpower needs and proceed the hiring accordingly.
- Ensure all hiring process comply with company policy.
- Liaise periodically with GR to updating government’s rules and localization %.
- Develop recruitment process Forms, System & policy.
- Prepare job offers & Negotiate them with selected candidates.
- Coordinate with senior executive and GM’s for recruitment issues.
- Lead recruitment campaign (manage advertising, interviewing and selection).
- Conduct initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation documentation.
- Responsible to manage Recruitment cycle for senior executive candidates.
- Initiate with ORACLE team to Implements and maintains HR Information System needs and
design new or modifies existing processes to meet changing requirements.
- Interview job applicants and assess quality candidates & prepare shortlists of candidates upon
refer them to hiring manager.
- Contribute to develop Onboarding program to ensure professional processes in onboarding &
streamline day 1.
- Initiate a stander contract for overseas agency.
- Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and
recruitment programs
- Manage part time job project for students.
- Negotiate with new agency and contractor’s company price and terms and conditions.
- Review the salaries & Compensation & Benefit periodically based on policies & procedures.
- Manage Recruitment data base.
- Review & Finalize the yearly manpower plan with GM’s and hiring managers.
- Visit to institute & collage for attract candidates
- Propose some enhancement for recruitment strategies based on the industry trends and market
situation.
- Coordinate Overseas campaign via agencies (Indian-Sir Lankan - Pakistan - Nepal - Philip hen
- Jorden -Egypt)
- Travel to Overseas to managing all interviews & ensure professional processes.
- Follow up with overseas agencies regarding all the recruitment concerns.
- Lead daily communication TA meeting for an update with Officer & coordinator.
- Meet with GM’s for discussed and pending or TA feedback.
- Publish vacancies & searching on jobs website (Bayt.com, Linked in, Local newspaper & social
media).

- Manage all Ajeer contract process from A -Z (Collect the requirements, legality & negotiate the
price).
