Researched and acquired new vendors and implemented them to multiple departments to
improve member response time and department efficiency. On day-to-day basis, I analyzed credit and income to debt ratio to approve/deny loan application Visa credit cards. Also did the origination, underwriting, closing and servicing of consumer loans. Supervise and administrate Escrow accounts (home insurance and taxes)/auto insurance tracking. Conducted Facebook marketing and email marketing through virtual branch. Hired employees, marked down their job description, and listed the policies and procedures for the department.
