Responsible for continuous enforcement, reviewing and updating policies and procedures of the companies and occupational health and safety so that they meet the company program and ISO requirements.
Duties;
•Proactively driving results on compliance issues.
•Identifying and mitigating any potential conflicts in advance.
•Directing compliance issues to appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.
•Identifying areas of the business where there is risk of non- compliance and develop policies to reduce that risk.
•Ensuring processes and procedures are adequate to meet regulatory requirements.
•Coordinating all compliance related activities and Implementing compliance programs
•Developing and implementing a Compliance training plan.
•Retaining and maintaining necessary records and documents for compliance purposes.
•Investigating all complaints or cases of non- compliance.
•Responding to regulatory inquiries from the authorities.
•Participating in compliance testing reviews.
•Monitoring the compliance level of ISO 9001:2015, 18001: 2007, 14001:2015
•Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues.
Master's degree in Agricultural Extension
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural science
