Urban design for mega residential and commercial complex starting from Feasibility study to design development stage.
Working on BIM system for all kind of projects starting from the conceptual design till tender documents and producing all drawing related through Revit.
Developing and visualizing complex design patterns and canvas during the conceptual design of buildings and mega projects through Grasshopper 3D.
Develop the architectural design and façade based on the brief given for each project and the budget requirements.
Study, analyze and implement the architectural circulation of walls, floors and ceilings to correspond with building requirements technical details such as electromechanical, structural and/or other technicality that shall occur based on projects’ requirements.
Prepare the tender documents required for each project including architectural and technical details, 3D modeling, bill of quantities, elevations and sectional as much as required to provide contractors the required information for accurate pricing.
Arrange Schematic design including Moodboards, Materials and finishes selections, estimated budget and general layouts to provide the customer a general idea about the design and budget before proceeding with technical and detailing phase of each project.
