2- مطابقة أرصدة الخزينة العامة والايدعات مع البنك ومطابقة كل منهما مع الأخر
3- متابعة المصروفات والعمل على ترشيد المصروف بما يتناسب من احتياجات العمل وتسييره.
4- تسجيل ومراجعة كل من المصاريف والايداعات الخاصه بالعمل ومقارنتهم بالايرادات.
5- ادخال فواتير المشتريات والمبيعات والتحويلات بين مخازن الفروع والاداره.
6- عمل الجرد السنوى للفروع والاداره .
