Remote Proactive Support, Escalation Team
•Providing technical support and analysis to the IT change management for Storage and backup solutions.
•Part of the escalation team which provides consultation and help to investigate and handle escalated cases.
•Develop change plans to our customers and performing upgrades and configuration changes for wide portfolio of EMC products with the objective of minimizing and eliminating risk during the process.
•My Product portfolio includes XtremIO, VNX, VNXe, Isilon, Avamar, Data Domain, AER
•Manage local escalations, diagnose, write technical documentation and Knowledge base articles, and provide technical and administrative trainings and provide coaching to our Engineers.
•Built a good experience in system administration on Linux Red-hat and SUSE and Windows systems and other customized operating systems
•My initiatives and participations in different scopes contributed to a good position of the company in the region and also helped raise the awareness of 3rd platform products and new booming technologies within the employees
•Participated in sales events by running labs and technical demonstrations of our emerging solutions - Data Lake Solution (Integration of Hadoop with Isilon and VMware)
