Task/ Responsibilities Giving a warm and friendly welcome to all the guests to ensure they have exciting and safe experience. Ensures all guest preferences are known to the station team and are met. Responsible for taking guest orders in compliance with company guidelines. Providing exceptional customer service of food and beverage delivery. Maintaining the required standards pertaining cleanliness and safety according to the company's standards. Handling customer complaints or handing them on to Management. Ensuring food and beverage orders are delivered to the table as per the LQA standards. Assisting the guest with general enquiries about hotel, it's facilities, events and functions taking place in Hotel and Dubai. Maintaining inventory control. Maintaining proper expiry documentations. Making beverage and general items orders through Adaco system. Offering sincere farewell and showing appreciation at the end of the conversation.
Task/ Responsibilities Greeting and seating guest at fully laid table. Presenting menu/ wine list and taking guest orders. Upselling food and drinks on the Menu. Answering guest questions with regards to menu, it's ingredients and allergies. Serving right orders to guest according to LQA standards. Follows all service procedures in compliance with company guidlines. Visiting guest tables to ascertain if service is satisfactory. Ensures the station is ready for service.
Tasks / Responsibilities Answering telephone calls within 3 rings with appropriate greetings. Answering questions with regards to menu, it's ingredients, allergies where applicable. Obtaining full and complete order, cooking temperature and accompaniments. Delivering food to guest rooms in a well presented manner. Ensuring the bill is clearly itemized and correct when presenting to the guest. Offering a sincere farewell at the end of conversation and show appreciation. Collecting trollies/trays from the rooms according to the time frame provided by the guest.
