Assumed and held responsibility in managing multiple contractors with the focus on maintaining compliance with contract HSSE&SP requirements and identifying gaps closure prior start of construction. Contributed positively with the operations assurance group to conduct internal and external audits, as well as review and assess progress of designated operator, contractors, and suppliers. Displayed proactive engagement in managing notification, reporting, and investigation of all incidents to identify root causes and take appropriate corrective actions. Developed key HSE documentation for project stage gate review and for inclusion on a construction and commissioning bid package.
