KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Handling end to end recruitment for investment banking operations, risk and global Markets
● Stakeholder and vendor management
● Providing management with market research with respect to CTC, common industry HR practices and procedures
● Candidate management till on boarding
● Sourcing profiles for VP, AVP, mid-level hiring and front-line hiring level across verticals
Advertising job openings on the internet to attract right talent, taking detailed interview rounds to gauge them on their
skillset and assess as per the requirement of the business.

● Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidate’s
credentials & career expectations
● Conducting preliminary interviews and process specific assessments.
● Responsible for risk Management and compliance activities related to recruitment like documentation, compensation
parity, reference check, etc.
● SPOC for entire gamut of Internal job posting process
