5) Formation of Curriculum Committee, BOS, AC and there timely conduction as per SOP
6) Vetting of Agenda and Minutes of Meetings before it goes to external members

7) Interview panelist for domestic and international appointments of all academic positions from VC to Faculty level
8) Creating USPs for the programs
9) Controlling all academic affairs of Fujairah Campus also from Coimbatore
10) Advance use of Technology
11) Also heading Student Affairs, Faculty Affairs and examination
12) Developing new courses
