As an ARCHITECT, led a team & handled projects under various verticals from Inception to Design Completion and closely coordinated with other Consultants, Vendors & Contractors for High-end projects in India and Residential Condominiums in Bahrain.
Worked on Conceptual Plans, 3D Modeling, Photo-Realistic Renderings, Design Development and Release of construction drawings.
Documented a fort in Domakonda along with few other heritage structures in Hyderabad. Also, have Designed and executed Architecture & Interior Projects of small-scale along with site-supervision for Interior Projects.
Worked as a CLIENT ARCHITECT, briefing the business requirement and getting the required designs from appointed Design Consultants under stipulated timelines, conducted Value Engineering / Value Addition exercises with Projects & Operations Departments and handled the modifications in design as required.
- Closely coordinated with Vendors, Site Team & Contractors,
- Conducted frequent site visits and also took part in the execution whenever required,
- Coordinated with Liasoning Consultants for approvals from local & national authorities, For Resort Projects across India.
As an ARCHITECT, Worked on Conceptual Plans, 3D Modeling, Photo -Realistic rendering on few International Residential Projects and few Luxury Residences in Hyderabad.
As an INTERN ARCHITECT, explored and involved in the design of various Building Typologies such as Residential Villas & Condominiums, Hospitality Development, Commercial Spaces and Mixed-Use Development and worked on Conceptual Designs, Client Presentations, Physical Site Models, Sanction Drawings, 3D Modeling, Photo-realistic Rendering, F.A.R Calculations and Interior Working Details.
As a part-time Architectural Intern, learned and explored the design of Residential Villas & Apartment Projects, tools & technology related to the field. Involved in Presentation Drawings, Working Drawings, 3D Modeling and Photo-Realistic Rendering.
While pursuing B.Arch Degree at my University, I have participated in many co-curricular activities and conventions where I was recognized for my skills by many co-students from the same college and from other Colleges too. Also, we have received first prize for a presentation at an annual convention across Indian & Saarc Nation Colleges. After my Practical Training (Internship), I stood first among my Classmates in an assessment by the Jury. I have scored 85% for the works I have done.
