Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Manage events such as awareness seminars, medical detection camps, exhibitions and other activities.
• Lead a result oriented team & is responsible for Managing the Branch Profitability ensuring high quality service& customer relationship management.
• Ensure achievement of overall team target by generating business & cross sale.
• Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all high Net Worth customer programme.
• Ensure all components of the Branch sales module function as per design.
• Review team operation report.
• Ensure clarity of business objective among team.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with external individuals and agencies for financial and non-financial support
• Support the organisation in the development of fundraising and communications strategy and action plans.
• Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
• Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
• Coordinate with Programme and communication department.
• Responsible for conceptualization & implementation of fundraising Plans.
• Achieve targets and confirm 100% collections thereon.
