Establish and manage a spreadsheet of all proceedings against or for the company and update the schedule daily.
Preparing a weekly schedule for the legal department that includes scheduled cases.
Preparing monthly and annual reports for the sharia supervisory department, which include losing and winning cases.
Provide monthly & quarterly reports for the finance department.
Experience in collecting recovery claims.
Attending at judicial sessions at the general courts and labour courts and review of the execution courts, as well as attendance at the general secretariat of the committees for Resolution of insurance disputes & violations.
I'm seeking to get a bachelor's degree, expected graduation by 2022.
