responsible for the customer service team on OSN Dubai and to develop the performance of the team and increase the customer's satisfaction. also responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly report for the team numbers and performance . also I was responsible for training the new hires in handling the angry customers and professional handling. work with the team on how we can improve the team numbers and engagement and get the best performance out of the team.
