Achieved my target by generating opportunities and closing deals for
up to 500K Euro for the Bahraini and Kuwaiti Market, as I am
responsible for the Middle East and North Africa market.
Identifyied and created new qualified sales opportunities in target
accounts and developed existing CX customers in Middle East
South. Furthermore, developed sales strategies to draw in prospects
or to solicit new potential customers, additionally Initiated contact
with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to

LOB CX. I am experienced in the CX portfolio, which includes SAP
Commerce, Sales, Marketing/Emarsys, Service, and Customer Data
Cloud CDC/CDP solutions. Currently working toward achieving a 3
Mio Euro of sales by the end of the third Quarter by a so-called
booster accounts project, where I must reach out to small and midsized
enterprises in different industries in the Gulf Cooperation
Countries (Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and
Iraq).

Assisted the MEE Commerce Team 1 to take the decision to work on the recent SAP purchased software SAP Gigya after conducting long scientific research, which must be fully compliant with the European GDPR. I was also the reference of the GDPR in the team.

Predicted the direct and indirect sales of one of our Dutch customers for the next six months using modern machine learning methods and other mathematical methods also using SAP Predictive Analytics software, which gave the customer a better insight about their future financial condition.

Provided the team with a feasibility study, where I Investigated and inspected the viability for SAP as a software and applications enterprise to invest in the Syrian technological sector through the implementation of a strategic methodology. This research could achieve technological and economic transformation in the post-war Syrian market, to help to facilitate growth and poverty eradication. Supported the Insurance team with the "ERGO Mobility Solution"(EMS) by Testing the functionalities of the software. Beside that created insurance policy for policy holders for many giant car companies like BMW.

Helped to build a brilliant reputation to our hotel, which made tourists and visitors stream in on all sides to us. Had to deal with a tremendous number of visitors from all over Europe, Middle East, and Asia, that turned me to be a well-versed in customer-facing businesses. I had voluntarily worked with my family as an intern/apprentice, whereas the family had been working for a long time in the tourism Industry, the family's business varied between owning and conducting hotels, travel & tourism agencies, and real estates. I had the role of a hotel assistant, where i had to make reservations, answer calls, deal with foreign guests and communicate with them, translate, and supervise the work.

Added a value to my family-owned Travel & Tourism agency, where our agency had been awarded by the minister of tourism for being for several years the best-seller office in Damascus and that afforded us the best reputation in the country. From my side i provided tourists with travel information, such as points of interest, restaurants, rates, and emergency service. In addition, had to answer inquiries, deal with foreign tourists who speak English, offer suggestions, and provide literature pertaining to trips, excursions, sporting events, concerts and plays. Had to make reservations, deliver tickets, arrange for visas, or contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours.
