I was one of the 24 selected interns among 700 candidates to join the Orange summer challenge internship offered by Orange Maroc In partnership with Google & EY Technology Solutions.
OSC is an intensive 3-month internship where we were asked to design innovative technological solutions with a social impact, I have contributed with :
- Worked alongside software engineers to improve and develop new features for the backend of a cross-platform application using Spring Boot resulting in an increase in user engagement by 28%.
- Established user stories and flow for the above-mentioned application, streamlining the customer journey and reducing bounce rates by 40%.
- Reduced deployment time by 35% by implementing a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment process.
- Optimized application performance and scalability by using Docker to deploy and manage microservices.
