• Lead and deliver greenfield datacenter builds and large-scale infrastructure transformation
programs from design through production handover.
• Implement and oversee Zerto-based DR replication for critical banking workloads, achieving
70% reduction in RTO and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Drive security hardening and audit remediation programs, identifying and mitigating
infrastructure vulnerabilities in alignment with internal audit and regulatory requirements.
• Lead capacity planning, performance monitoring via VMware VROps and Cisco Intersight, and
proactive incident management, delivering KPI reports to senior management and executive
leadership.
• Drive change control, patch management, and lifecycle governance across the server estate,
including hardware firmware management and standardized decommissioning procedures.
• Lead end-to-end IT tenders including technical scoping, financial proposals, and vendor
evaluation aligned with organizational strategy and procurement governance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, configuration standards, and asset documentation across 4, 000+
VMs and 400+ physical servers.
• Mentor and manage junior engineers, fostering a continuous learning culture and structured
knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver infrastructure
improvements with minimal business disruption.
