- Responsible for all quantity surveying works including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
- Review and approve interim payments, final accounts, and contractor invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and accuracy of expenses.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate quantity inputs for tendering and cost planning.
- Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project documentation, cost tracking, and collaboration.
- Apply 5D BIM for integrated cost planning, forecasting, and progress monitoring.
- Participate in value engineering workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, planners, and BIM coordinators for synchronized cost and schedule control.

‐ Responsible for Quantity Surveying works.
- Review and approve invoices and payments, verifying accuracy of expenses.
- Forecasting budget and estimate to complete budget and revenue.
- Provide accurate estimates by defining scope, timelines, potential setbacks, and limitations.
- Monitor project progress to identify and address changes in project scope or budget.

‐ Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
‐ Structural shop drawings and BBS after coordination with all disciplines.
‐ Following up on all documents sent by the consultant related to structural discipline.
‐ Responsible for creating any required construction details.
‐ Perform visual checking on the model and share major issues with the affected trades.
‐ As-built drawings for closing-up purposes.
