My Responsibilities are:
Communicating with potential customers and tourists from different countries and offer the features of our products.
Help and guide the customers to take an idea about Perfumes (perfume families, perfume pyramid, concentrations), to get their suitable perfume considering their needs (for work, college, special occasions, gift, Lifestyle).
Manage my sales process before, though, and after closing the deal to get my personal target.
Collect feedback about our products and services from our customers and send them to the manager.
Collaborate with the branch manager to get our target of the month, and help other colleagues to get their personal target.
I worked at both branches of the company and I am a candidate to be the manager of my branch.
My Responsibilities are:
Collaborate and Communicate with (companies, organizations, Coaches, Trainers, and anyone who has interests in the education field), build a good connection with them, and make strategic partners.
Spread out and talk about our add value and services as a public speaker at events, occasions, and Meetings.
Persuade with (Companies, Coaches, and Trainers) to make new creative high-quality courses, at a suitable price.
Build and manage a good team that can work on our services in high measures, and present us in a professional way.
Discuss and approve the Financial, Business, and Marketing plans yearly with the executive board, and work on applying them properly through the year.
Arrange circular meetings throughout the year with the executive board to discuss and analyze new Creative Ideas, Opportunities, Threats, and solve the problems we have.
Analyze and evaluate the results at each quarter of the year and give my recommendations to the Executive Board.
A brief about “Grow up”:
We use Montessori's method to develop our children's skills and apply them in Languages, Mathematics, and other sciences.
Practicing our kids on how to do routine habits in the right way and guide them to get good manners and behaviors.
We collaborate with specialists in education to spread Montessori's method between parents and teachers in Syria; Also part of the Syrian youth Assembly network.

Mixing the Essential Oils with a suitable solvent considering the Chemical formulas and the amounts requested by customers.
Get different kinds of perfumes with different concentrations.
Managing the sales process from the first (Breaking ice) step with customers, until closing the deal.
Collaborate with other colleagues at the branch and guide them through their Sale process.
I worked in four branches among five in Khartoum.

I have studied applied chemistry at Damascus University for four years, but I have postponed my graduating until I come back to my country again.
